Depression symptoms?

What are the signs/symptoms of depression, and what do I do if I know I have them, but can’t go to a therapist or anything??

This is an odd question for this category! You are sad and moody, you don’t find anything to be amusing, if you feel like this you have a problem. If you are a student, see your councillor, if not, talk to a close, understanding friend or to your parents, if you have a religious persuasion, talk to your parson, you have to seek help of some form. Good luck, cheer up, life is good, it’s up to you to make it good.
