I suggest visiting Mental Wellness Centre in Vancouver, Canada.
The Centre has a book that will help you heal from depression. the title is: Mental Wellness: A spiritual Journey.

psych. meds. are themselves, directly responsible for much of what this Clive Spiegel character is waxing on … re-think taking whatever you’re taking and look to *natural* alternative treatments/medicines and regular cardio-exercise and yoga .

@sYnerGyZniGmA im sure he can speak medical jargon for days. This video is meant to be a simple yet concise description of depression presented in an easily digestible way for people with NO medical degree.

No me explico como ese doctor que habla sobre la depresión puede estar tan gordo-obeso!!! Ese es un síntoma de severas dependencias, baja autoestima, o depresión. La verdad, no me resulta fácil creerle!!!
