Woah yeah when I was 14, I got SEVERE depression, to the point I almost died one night. Thank god it stopped, and I couldnt get out of it without wellbutrin.

i think thats what is happening to me right now. Im going to the doctors later today ive already been but the GP i saw wasnt helpful. I feel stupid going and saying im stressed. I dont know why but i feel like im weak by doing so. Anyone else feel like this? is it common. Ive always been happy go lucky kind of person and now i feel like a failure because im not handling things well. Its horrible thing to go through.

when stress comes so much that you can’t see you getting out of it, you get an overwhelming feel of hopelessness and insecurity and depression . . . and it’s sad, it just builds up and it doesn’t get any easier
