hypersomnia, sleeping a lot, I do this all the time . . . to me sleep is my coping mechanism, when the waking world is too much – dream your life away (and hey, excessive dreaming makes you tired as it taxes your brain’s REM centres) More on sleep check out MindFields College.
also it takes me forever to go to sleep, probably 1.5-2.0 hrs on average, if I want to sleep at 2am . . I get prepared at 12am. . .it sucks

@eternallyempty Same here, except when I’m really tired, I sleep quickly, but I have hypersomnia too – even after sleeping 12~~14 hours, I still feel tired.
