i never trip when I’m in a bad head space, and I actually agree with our hippy girl here. don’t trip out if you’re ill, upset, etc. Once I tripped when i was going through some problems and I couldn’t control myself as all. I got really scared because I couldn’t stop freaking out. But when I’m in a good space, it’s much better.

i have to disagree with you on the recommending people not trip in times of crisis. just like all other aspects of tripping, and drug use for that matter, every individuals mental/physical systems differ. basically, some people can benefit from this. feel your way out first. I wouldn’t recommend a crisis trip for you first time out, but, hey, i’m sure there is someone that has found it useful.

she’s so right. my friend freaked out yesterday when we took mushrooms. it totaly ruined my trip. he had overdosed a few weeks ago on cough medicine, and he got paranoid, and thought he was going to die. i had to call a friend over to calm him down. you should always know how to keep a good mood, and recognize when to change your setting while tripping.

I’ve had muscle tension in my back before a trip and then the tension is magnified during the trip. I dont like trippin while having even the smallest of a headache.

I like the idea about discussing what you want your trip to be or the intentions of your trip with others before tripping with a group.

      I just love your videos.
      Off to the next one.

you need to get a copy of Timothy Leary’s “The Psychedelic Experience.” It will teach you how to reach First Bardo Enlightenment. Email me if you want a copy of it. I don’t trip anymore but I have definitely broken through to the other side. It’s not about having fun being dosed out. It’s about reaching the highest plane of astral existence where all opposites unite and there is only crystalline diamond consciousness.

This is amazing =) Keep it up!

You are so right about discussing what each person wants or like before and during the trip.
My boyfriend used to pray and say religious stuff before we did anything, since i’m atheist, that freaked me out like hell =P until we talked about it XD, now we enjoy it a lot more.

Too many people trip with the wrong crowd, get a bad experience, and never trip again. That can be unfortunate.

Trip with people you’d trust with you life. Don’t take a chance around a bunch of jerks.

Good sitters stopped me from jumping out of a third story window. I’m alive today, because of good, trustworthy people.
