u could use something like a nutmeg grater to get the husk off or a scalpel (not sure yet) , then use a mortal and pestle to crush up the inner seeds and put the seeds (minus husk!) into a small chunk of bread so it dosen’t touch the sides on the way down. Follow that up with about 3 litres of water and u should be laughing

or, you could always just crush up the innerds then leave to soak in the fridge for 24 hours in H20, strain the pith then drink the water
i was very disapointed when i did these cause i had 16 hbw seeds and i didn’t really get any visuals but i did get a very strong boddy high (dizzy, giggley and generaly spacey) and after that wore off i couldn’t sleep for maby 24-36 hours so i wouldn’t recomend them cause there are alot of better legal entheogens out there 🙂
