i have had major deppretion since i was 12. it has gotten worse i have had 3 theripests and i still see one of them. the guy who perscibes stuff will be on vaction for about 2 months so i was wondering what should i do to deal with it?
I would say go the natural route. Exercise, enough rest, B-Complex, 5-HTP, St. John’s Wort, Kava…
there are plenty of natural remedies for depression. If you take a synthetic medication, you will probably feel virtually no emotion, or else you will experience one of the many negative side effects associated with it
Thank you so much for the reply I have been wanting to try St john’s should I get the pills, or tea or the liquid?
Meditating daily helps a lot. A really easy and effective way of meditating is transcendental meditation, if you don’t know how to do it, you can send me a message and I can explain. Also, you can try to find out what genres of music makes you happy and gives you energy. And doing things all the time, even though they’re small and things you perhaps usually don’t do, will help. 🙂
right on. i am actally changing my life because i don’t like the idea of taking a pill to make things better. i say the true medicine lies within. i’ve had so many friends & family who took major depression meds and they end up worse than they were before.
