hypersomnia, sleeping a lot, I do this all the time . . . to me sleep is my coping mechanism, when the waking world is too much – dream your life away (and hey, excessive dreaming makes you tired as it taxes your brain’s REM centres) More on sleep check out MindFields College.
also it takes me forever to go to sleep, probably 1.5-2.0 hrs on average, if I want to sleep at 2am . . I get prepared at 12am. . .it sucks
i think i may have depression but dont know how to tell any one i lay there at night thinking of moving schools and no one will like me i think of my dad going over seas and may die and i juat cant sleep so i stay on my computer till late hours then getting up at 6 and going to school and end up falling alsleep in class i fell if i tell some one they think i am cray and will put me on all the crazy pills
@eternallyempty Same here, except when I’m really tired, I sleep quickly, but I have hypersomnia too – even after sleeping 12~~14 hours, I still feel tired.
