I take Fish Oil everyday with b12. My diet consists of Celery, oats, peanuts, seeds, water, limes, blueberries, tuna, dark chocolate, bananas, wheat toast, whole grain brown rice, eggs, milk.I run 5-7 miles everyday/ That’s what I call the happy diet. I notice a huge difference in mood when I stray from my daily rountine of diet and exercise. I’m just not the same person. So manipulation of your mood can be achieved through foods and natural ways. @Arnebananlolo Have you tried replacing your cokes with either Zevia or Steaz?
Arnebananlolo says
@NutritionalChoice I don’t know what either of those are, no
NutritionalChoice says
@Arnebananlolo They are soda alternatives that you can find at Whole Foods, Lassen’s and other health food stores. Steaz zero calorie sparkling drink is made with Stevia, and so is Zevia. Google them. Find a location near you that carries them. They are fantastic!
