I have mild depression and I am wondering if anyone has any tips to get rid of it without seeing a counselor or doctor? I don’t really want to use medication if i can help it and i really don’t want to talk to anyone about it, i just want to get rid of it. Any help would be good :).

Obviously you will have to figure out the source of the depression. Its tough but you have to come to terms with what is making you feel so awful.
Also, your mindset can change EVERYTHING. I also had depression feeling hopeless and down all the time. Try reading the book "the secret". It will teach you to change the way you think. When you think positive, you are positive!
